This gorgeous thing goes for breakfast, dessert, snack or almost anything…just make it and you won’t regret it.
I have had this magnificent treat for three days in the row and I`m crying inside today course my kids have eaten all the bananas and apple juice is gone as well… (note to myself: prepare better for the weekends)
But all you need is:
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp of raw Carob powder (or cocoa substitute)
- 100 ml of apple juice
- 100 ml of water (play with the amount of liquid…I prefer it thick as a chocolate mousse)
- half of grapefruit for serving
Blend everything together and enjoy
BTW: We all know how healthy avocado is, bananas and gapefruits are not bad either but for carob powder I had to google:
