Could one smoothe BE any more healthier (read with Chandler voice from Friends). Third day of my raw experiment and well – im not sure I will end it tomorrow. Kind of like it. Exept things I have posted here I have had lot of veggies just raw (couliflower, carrots, bell peppers, tomatos). Lot of bananas – for quick energy, some nuts and seeds (first day evening), apples, oranges.
This smoothie has:
2 tbs coconut milk
Sea-buckhors has 15 times more C-vitamin then oranges. Let`s eat them!
